Famed African American NFL star Herschel Walker on Thursday, Sept. 17, criticized the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement and also targeted all players and teams who defend the movement without even justifying their support.

In a video posted on his Twitter account he shared his thoughts with his fans and justified his confrontation with the BLM, claiming that it is an anti-American movement led by “trained Marxists.”

“I have finally WOKE UP … I am shaking you America! As Maya said, when someone tells you who they are, believe them,” you can read in the message that accompanies the video for the Twitter post. It also names some of the media outlets that are accused of being complicit in the BLM movement and its acts of violence.

As has happened to so many people, Walker said that at first he felt sympathy for BLM, but after delving a little deeper into who the people behind the movement are and their true intentions, he decided not to be part of that group and to publish his thoughts.

Walker said he “finally woke up” to what Black Lives Matter is after investigating the group’s leaders.

In his video he invited football players and teams, where the movement gained many supporters, to investigate who the people behind the movement are, what their true intentions are, and then to reconsider their position on the issue.

Without going any further, the co-founders of the movement, Patrisse Cullors and Alicia Garza, have declared themselves to be “trained Marxists.”

During an interview in 2015, Patrisse Cullors was asked about an alleged lack of ideological direction at BLM. She responded, reassuring the communist interviewer, that the BLM’s leaders are “trained Marxists.”

Alicia Garza, also recently partnered with a pro-Chinese Communist Party (CCP) organization, which intends to form a new radical left political group, as reported by Neon Nettle

Walker in the video asked the american football community, “Is this who you support? A ‘trained Marxist’ tells you they are anti-government, anti-American, anti-Christian, against everything.

In a friendly way, Walker called attention to the entire sports community, especially American football, and emphasized that the BLM protests do not achieve the ultimate goal they claim to seek and instead only lead to chaos and further fragmentation.
