The FBI is appealing for photos or videos taken by anyone who visited Yellowstone National Park on Sept. 8 that may show the two children missing from Rexburg, Idaho, since September, according to ABC News.
Tylee Ryan, 17, has not been seen since the Sept. 8 trip to the national park. She is 5 feet tall, weighs 160 pounds, and has blonde hair and blue eyes.
Tylee’s brother Joshua “JJ” Vallow, 7, was last seen on Sept. 23 in Rexburg, Idaho. He is 4 feet tall, weighs 50 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
The FBI released photos taken that day showing both children in Yellowstone with their mom, 46-year-old Lori Vallow, and Vallow’s brother, Alex Cox.
According to the FBI, the family had traveled in a silver 2017 Ford F-150 pickup with an Arizona license plate CPQUINT to the park.
During the course of their investigation, police found “no evidence or verification of anyone providing for the housing, food, clothing, education, or medical care” for the children since September, police said. Vallow and Chad Daybell fled their Rexburg home when investigators started looking into Tylee and Joshua’s disappearance.
The couple was discovered living in Kauai, Hawaii. Vallow was arrested on Feb. 20 on child desertion charges, according to Crime Online.
According to police, Vallow and Daybell have repeatedly lied about the children’s whereabouts, KFXL reported. The two missing children and three mysterious deaths touch on rumors of Vallow’s and Daybell’s apocalyptic religious beliefs.
Lori Vallow’s estranged husband, Charles Vallow, was shot and killed by Alex Cox in Phoenix last July.
Lori Vallow moved from Arizona to Idaho in August and married Daybell just two weeks after his wife, Tammy Daybell, died in October. The autopsy report has not yet been released.
Alex Cox died of unknown causes in December. Authorities have not yet released information on his cause of death.
Law enforcement escorted Vallow back to Idaho on Thursday, March 5, and she’s due in court Friday.
Vallow remains in custody on a $5 million bond.
