Using the argument of last week’s events on Capitol Hill, the Democrats have the perverse intention of criminalizing any protest or demonstration by the opposition after classifying the MAGA (Make America Great Again) movement as “domestic terrorism.”

Democrats in both the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate are re-adapting legislation introduced last year to ban MAGA demonstrations and classify them as “domestic terrorism.”

Since the MAGA movement constitutes the greatest force of opposition to the Democrats, the action translates simply as an act of criminalizing the opposition, in the best communist style.

Journalist and writer Paul Sperry wrote on his Twitter account.

“Democrats in both the House and Senate are planning to draft legislation to classify MAGA rallies as ‘domestic terrorist activity’ and require the FBI, DOJ & DHS to take steps to prevent such ‘domestic terrorism.’ Sen. Durbin is leading effort along with Rep. Schneider’”

In the wake of last week’s attack on the Capitol, Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) announced that he would reintroduce the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act at a press conference.

Durbin falsely claimed that the incidents were provoked by right-wing extremists who are followers of President Trump when evidence showed that infiltrators from leftist groups such as Antifa and Black Lives Matter, with cooperation from law enforcement, were behind the incidents.

Senator Durbin and Congressman Brad Schneider drafted the bill, which was passed last year in the House of Representatives and later rejected in the Senate. Now, taking advantage of the political situation, they will try again to get it into Congress.

Beyond the big lie of holding Trump supporters responsible for the incidents and categorizing MAGA as a movement of right-wing extremists and violence, it is curious that those who want to impose that narrative are the same Democrats who support Black Lives Matter and Antifa. These violent groups caused more than a billion dollars in destruction in 2020, according to Axios.

Property Claim Services, a company that tracks insurance claims filed because of the riots, found that the leftist protests between May 26 and June 8, 2020, could reach $1 billion in insurance claims.

Because leftist domestic terrorism extended far beyond June 8 and continues, the company acknowledges that “this is still happening, so losses could be significantly higher.
