Conservative actor Jon Voight used his Twitter account to post two short videos. First, he harshly criticizes California Governor Gavin Newsom for recently passed laws that include large toy stores having a ‘genderless’ toy section and accused the Democrats of causing “chaos” in society and confusing children.
Referring to the laws passed by the California governor, Voight called it “a disgrace to our American dream, is a disgrace to our constitution, our God-given rights and morals.”
“Newsom you are a disgrace to mankind, you’re a weak man who can’t stand for truths,” the actor said. “You have double-talked our rights. We’re a nation of our Constitution that was given by our forefathers. It’s a special code of truths.”
“Our children of yesteryear have grown to be scholars with honors, ones of creativity. Now you’re helping to change what God has asked of all,” Voight criticized. “You have given our rights to the devil and this is not God’s plan.”
Saturday, Oct. 10, was the deadline for the governor to approve or veto the fiscal year 2022 legislation.
Among the laws he decided to pass, one introduced by Democratic Assemblyman from San Jose, Kevin Low, will force toy stores to have a “gender neutral” toy and toothbrush section that Low said “stigmatizes” that it’s for a boy and that it’s for a girl.
“Yes, freedom of speech of one’s own truth but not to force, to change the rules to a rule of chaos,” Voight explained. “To let all be what they want to be: a man, woman, gay, left, right, it’s a plan of one’s own rights. Yes, but not to pledge our nation’s children.”
“Don’t push the chaos and confusion on their young psyches. Let the force of God’s plan be the truth, the way God intended. We’re a nation of God’s honor and respect for all souls: one nation under God with liberty and justice for all,” the actor assured, closing the first video.
In the second video, Voight agreed with each person deciding their own “truth” but that politicians push what they interpret as truths on society because they are in power.
“You’re a gift from God, each soul, and now this new line of truths are lies. They are preaching lies for all of us to take those ‘truths,’ their truths and this is destroying our new children’s future,'” said the Mission Impossible actor.
True to his Christian faith, Voight called on everyone to step forward and raise their voice to defend the truth of the Ten Commandments.
The actor went a step further and was skeptical of pandemic mitigation measures and the idea that gender can be chosen beyond biology.
“They pushed the lie: the lie of masks, the lie of shots, [and] now this lie: to show it’s okay to be unsure of one’s role of femininity or masculinity,” the actor said.
“I’m all for freedom of one’s own body, but keep it in one’s own. Let’s not show that it’s okay for our children to turn this into our society,” he added.
Jon Voight ended his video by asking that we teach our children to respect the decisions of others but not to trample on the Constitution founded on the belief that man should honor God.
The actor made headlines in the run-up to the November 2020 presidential election when he urged Americans to vote for Donald Trump because he claimed Biden intended to destroy the nation.
“We’re heading down a street that has no name now. We must not allow our nation to crumble. This is what they want, to destroy America. Let me warn you all that we are in great danger if we fall under a Biden administration.”
