The presumptive Democratic nominee to run against President Trump in the November election has been conducting business from his basement for the past few months, presumably to avoid any contact with the CCP Virus that has created a pandemic.

He was in Wilmington, Delaware, to give a speech on Tuesday, July 28, but he seemed to be suffering from cognitive decline. He had forgotten where he was.

“Good afternoon everyone. Welcome to Kingswood Community Center,” Biden began his speech, before freezing for a few seconds. “Actually, that’s the one down where I used to work. That’s a joke. I didn’t know where we were.”

He then glanced at his notes and continued, correcting his location as the “William Hicks Anderson Community Center.” He went on to say the late “Anderson” whose name he had just forgotten, had been a friend of his, as reported by FreeBeacon.

Biden, 77, has been criticized by the president on numerous occasions for his lack of mental acuity, and he has challenged Biden to take the same cognitive test he took, where he was given a “perfect score.”

Fox News host Chris Wallace who interviewed the president in a no holds barred interview that broadcast on Sunday has criticized Biden for not accepting his requests for an interview.

President Trump, during his interview with Wallace, had to answer some tough questions, and during the interview, he quipped: “Let Biden sit through an interview like this, he’ll be on the ground crying for mommy. He’ll say, ‘Mommy, mommy, please take me home.'”

He later told colleague Bret Baier, “The fact is, the president is out there. He’s out there in this broiling heat with me for an hour, he took all the questions. You can like his answers or dislike them but he had answers and Joe Biden hasn’t faced that kind of scrutiny, hasn’t faced that kind of exposure.”

The former vice president appears to be avoiding scrutiny from the media, and his team told Wallace he was “not available” for interviews.

“We’ll keep asking every week,” said Wallace.

“Trump sat down with interviewer extraordinaire Chris Wallace. Why can’t Biden do the same?” questioned CBS News White House reporter Kathryn Watson, reported Forbes. “Wallace is tough but fair. And obviously he’s not trying to spin things in favor of Trump, despite his network’s inclinations overall.”
