President Donald Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani on Thursday, Nov. 19, objected Georgia’s recount of votes cast in the 2020 presidential election, citing widespread irregularities and voter fraud.

“Georgia, we’re about to file a major lawsuit in Georgia. That will be filed probably by tomorrow,” Giuliani said. “In the city of Atlanta, Republicans were not allowed to watch the absentee mail-in ballot process. Inspections completely cast aside. We have numerous double voters. We have numerous out-of-state voters. And we have specific evidence of intimidation and changes of votes.”

“For example, the recount being done in Georgia will tell us nothing because these fraudulent ballots will just be counted again because they wouldn’t provide the signatures to match the ballots. So, it means nothing,” Giuliani added.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger had ordered an audit and a recount of nearly 5 million ballots by hand because the presidential race was so close. During the recount, major errors were found in four counties where most of uncounted ballots were for President Trump. Particularly in Floyd County, about 2,600 uncounted ballots were discovered, giving President Trump an additional 778 votes.

Raffensperger announced Biden’s victory in the state as it completed the hand recount on Thursday, claiming that the changes to the votes totals were “well within the expected margin of human error that occurs when hand-counting ballots.”

President Trump’s campaign can still request a recount in Georgia after the results are certified because the margin of victory was less than 0.5%.

However, Chairman of the Georgia Republican Party David Shafer said that two Fulton County elections board members have voted against certifying the election results over signature concerns, which is not reported by the mainstream media.

“More election news never reported: Two Fulton County elections board members voted against certifying the Fulton County election returns because signatures on absentee ballots were not electronically verified,” Shafer wrote.

“Because of the massive increase in absentee ballots, Fulton County purchased software to electronically verify signatures but could not get it to work. It reverted to all manual signature verification,” he added. “The video tape of the certification meeting does not appear to have been posted to the FGTV channel on YouTube. If any reporters covered the meeting, they never wrote about it.”

Georgia used Dominion Voting System for every county to count votes. According to a recent report published by Just The News, a software deployed by Dominion can allow election officials to “manually adjust tally amounts while reviewing scanned ballot images.”

President Trump’s legal team said it has evidence to prove that Dominion machines were used to manipulate votes in favor of Biden.
