The hearing held in Carson City, Nevada, revealed more evidence of the fraud that characterized the 2020 presidential elections, this time in the modifications to the USBs in which the vote accounts were kept.
According to one witness testimony, represented by Trump campaign attorney Jesse Binnall, the USB flash drives saved the vote totals obtained during the day but the next morning they were not the same, according to ZeroHedge of Dec. 4.
“What they would do is they would log these disks in and out. Good practice. And the disks had a serial number on them. And numerous times that disk would be logged out with one vote total on it and logged back in the next morning during the early vote period with a different number on it. Sometimes more, sometimes less,” Binnall said.
Also, the USBs were not encrypted and by connecting to other laptops, your data could be modified from them.
The voting machines were not password protected, creating an environment conducive to irregularities.
Binnall added, “In one month, we have put together striking evidence that because of the lack of transparency—because things were rushed—this election was unfortunately stolen,” according to the Las Vegas Review Journal.
Trump campaign lawyers called for the reversal of statements made about the results in the state and for the removal of Biden representatives from the Electoral College.
District Judge James Russell said he would rule on the case on Dec. 4, allowing enough time for plaintiffs to appeal to the Supreme Court, if they saw fit.
Among other deceptions found in Nevada, it was reported that 2,468 votes were submitted by residents who legally changed their address to another state or country.
Also, about 42,000 voters voted twice in Nevada and another 1,500 were listed as deceased by the Social Security Administration (SSA).
In addition, nearly 20,000 voters in Nevada had an out-of-state address, and another 6,000 voters had no an address, according to the tweet sent by the Air Force veteran with the Twitter handle @jessiprincey.
