In November 2022, the National Health Commission, the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the Office of Infectious Disease Prevention and Control presented the 14th Five-Year Health Plan.

This plan is a program of electronic technologies associated with medicine, charged, among other things, with maintaining forced organ harvesting from Falun Dafa practitioners.

By 2025, a web of digital interconnectivity will bring an avalanche of lungs, livers, kidneys, corneas, skin, and stem cells to operating rooms to feed China’s growing transplant market.

From that year onwards, Western and Southeast Asian transnationals will also have access to the medical information of their Chinese workers. They will thus be able to recycle the sick into new ‘healthy’ individuals.

This National Health Platform is based on algorithms similar to those used by the Chinese regime in its facial recognition program.

To confuse the national public opinion, the Communist Party, through Red Star News, reported that the e-health plan is based on “individual management” but omitted to mention the development of Artificial Intelligence behind this program.

Wei Zining, director of the Beijing Hospital Management and Development Research Institute, Sanyi Zhiku, stated in an online interview with Red Star News: “The 14th National Medical Management Plan will be developed entirely by digital programs”. Hence, it follows that breakthroughs in Artificial Intelligence are the answer to this project.

Red Star News conditions eight tasks within the new scientific program, starting with the support and infrastructure, continuing with the update of the National Health System, the development of technologies associated with medicine, big data, and digital integration, in addition to specifying the support of security and statistics.

However, what is striking is the Action Plan agreed upon by the Beijing regime, where the complementation of smart hospitals and data security, shows that investment in Artificial Intelligence has reached the transplant market.

Attentive to what is happening in public health, the Red Star News says that the words of order are a: “fully functional electronic health code.”

This reinforces the thesis about the social engineering behind the Five-Year Health Plan, which “guarantees orderly work with the masses and the popularization of electronic codes,” as the news source said.

So Internet users, faced with the political exposure of the new health code, asked: Will the code violate my privacy? Or will it serve my medical monitoring?

The answers are deep in China, the country of the gigantic market of forced organ harvesting from Falun Dafa practitioners.

However, the Communist Party lies through its spokespersons; for example, Wang Chenguang, a Tsinghua University Law School professor, told the Red Star News: “The electronic health code is a complete file of personal information to serve citizens,” then contradicted himself.

“But at present, the functions of the program are not fully determined,” What did this party hierarch mean by the functions are not fully determined? There were no answers.

Another spokesman, Wei Zining, said, “This new medical plan is the program with more citizen electronic records, and it occupies from birth to death, as for your privacy there is nothing to worry about, that’s what the national agencies are for.” and commented.

“The health code is placed on the personal cell phone, so it is reliable,” he said.

Forced organ harvesting from Falun Dafa practitioners underpins China’s new health program

In June 2019, a tribunal presided over by International Criminal Court judge Sir Geoffrey Nice, who also tried Slobodan Milosevic, said, “China is harvesting organs from Falun Dafa prisoners, and this is genocide,” Judge Nice ruled.

Other judges also concluded that they had heard clear and compelling evidence that forced organ harvesting has been going on for 20 years, and that was the final verdict of the panel set up to examine the issue.

Meanwhile, human rights advocate David Kilgour, who testified in court, told ABC’s The World that the practice of forced organ harvesting from Falun Dafa practitioners “is getting steadily worse,” Kilgour said, adding, “I was a prosecutor for ten years, and I can tell you that the evidence is overwhelming.

“This crime is not only continuing, we document that in fact, it is getting worse. The machinery that harvests organs from Falun Gong practitioners is getting bigger, not smaller,” he concluded.

Thus, the entry into force of the new electronic health code presupposes a tool conducive to selecting Falun Dafa practitioners to be massacred by the Chinese Communist Party.
